The location was mind-blowing, just a quick walk to the vibrant Kapana. The WiFi signal was super strong, perfect for staying connected. And the complimentary breakfast was jaw-dropping, offering a delightful start to the day. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, always going above and beyond. Despite some minor details to improve, the comfortable beds and nice view added to the overall great experience.

The hotel looked very nice and was relatively new. The room was larger then other similar hotels I've stayed in Bg
Listing said it was 5 minute walk to international fair- not. It was at least a 20 minute walk. However, it was about 5 minutes from the northern end of the main pedestrian street. B-fast was mediocre the first day - saturday and worse the 2nd- almost no selection and they were out of bread? Hotel is located a considerable distance from train station - 5 leva taxi ride. Much further then it appears on map

Good location, near to old town of Plovdiv.
The room was too dark to be able to read in. In fact, the whole hotel was decorated in a very modern style, but in dark colours with low light levels, making it rather gloomy inside. The bathroom was a typical Bulgarian wetroom, so the floor was wet for some time after either of us took a shower.

As a solo traveler, my recent stay in a cozy hotel was just fantastic. the location was extremely convenient, nestled in beautiful streets that are not only quiet but also very close to the main sights of the city. the warm room welcome and the accommodating staff make the stay a lot better. Even though the breakfast was not the best I have had, other hotel facilities such as a cozy lounge and friendly staff made up for it. the room was bright and had the latest amenities, including a modern bathroom with a hot shower.
The parking situation around the hotel was unfortunate.

The decor, bar area and the rooms were well appointed. Reception and bar staff helpful
Lighting in the rooms, breakfast was relatively poor (no milk on day 2) and smokers in the restaurant

Very clean, very helpful stuff, convenient location. The variety of breakfast was superb for a 3 star hotel.
The parking, although available in front of the hotel, was not private. It was in the public street. The shower did not have a shower-cabin, not even a curtain. It is a pity in such a clean and generally very good hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo because it provides a conference room with 30 seats, equipped with multimedia and a screen for presentations. It served as an ideal base for all my business activities.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the main street. The staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was well-equipped with comfortable furniture and a pleasant balcony overlooking a park. The hotel also provided basic amenities like WiFi, air conditioning, and breakfast included in the price. Additionally, the value for money was excellent, as the prices were reasonable for the quality of service and the attention to detail in the room.
Everything was satisfactory; no improvements needed.

The staff was very friendly and polite. If I had questions, they would answer them immediately, think together with me and help me out in a very good way.
The customary Bulgarian room temperature of 24 degrees Celsius was a little high for me. The very friendly staff explained to me how to use the air conditioning, but also explained I could only turn the temperature up and not down.

lovely hotel with great design, large rooms very tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. just a 10-min walk to the main sights. this kind of hotel elsewhere would usually cost twice the price.

The hotel's conference room is an excellent solution for holding organized events, where you can make a great impression not only with your business activity, but also with a pleasant atmosphere. Imagine your business presentations lighting up the room like the Roman Stadium, capturing everyone's attention.
No big duvet for couples sharing a bed.

Over Easter, we stayed at a contemporary hotel that had some elegant touches. the location was excellent, situated near the cobbled streets leading to a must-see roman amphitheater. the friendly staff offered unexpected help by providing us with free parking. the rooms were both cozy and well-appointed as the interior design of the hotel is fantastic.
I must say that the hotel room we stayed in could do with some refurbishment. Although it was exceptionally clean, some furniture would benefit from replacement.
